• Managed the prestart process with Battersea Power Station & Contractor.

• Project managed onsite construction phase from start to finish.

• Cost management throughout the build (valuation of works / certificate of payments).

• Managed the completion of works (practical completion, building control sign off, CQC certification, final account and building warranties).

• Strict and time consuming Battersea Power Station working procedures and certification process.
