We are Project Managing a comprehensive refurbishment of this Grade II listed building opposite Buckingham Palace on behalf of Sidra Capital. The grade A refurbishment includes opening up floor plates to create open plan offices, reconfiguring the cores and plant space to increase office space and creating new end of trip facilities in the lower ground floor.
